EVGMedia requests that all independent contractors wishing to be considered for freelance assignments submit their information via a secure webform hosted by Workable. Information about Workable’s privacy and security policies.
What information will I be required to submit via the Workable webform?
In order to submit a form for consideration, the freelance candidate must provide the following information:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Resume/CV
- Cover Letter
- And short-form answers to three general questions
What does EVG do with the information submitted?
EVGMedia uses the data requested of and entered by the candidate for internal recruitment and assignment purposes only. We do not share the personal information you submit via the Workable form with any third parties.
How long does EVG keep the information a freelancer submits?
Due to the global reach of our clients, EVGMedia constantly seeks qualified candidates to help us fulfill projects. As such, we will keep our approved freelance candidate profiles indefinitely. EVG does not retain the information of unapproved candidates or of candidates who have asked to be removed from our systems.
What do I do if I want to update my profile?
If you would like to update the profile and/or resume you submitted to EVG, please contact privacy@evgmedia.com, and we will work with you to make the necessary updates.
What do I do if I want to have my information removed?
If you would like to have the information you submitted on your EVG application (including your resume and/or CV) removed from our system, please contact privacy@evgmedia.com, and we will work with you to make the necessary updates.
