A Most Loved Workplace

EnVeritas Group learned this week that the Best Practice Institute (BPI) has formally certified us as one of their “Most Loved Workplaces.”

In July, the EnVeritas Group Team, which includes storytellers, strategists, analysts, writers, designers, and translators based all over the world, participated in a survey conducted by BPI — one that covered topics such as culture, executive support, compensation, benefits, and flexibility.

We’re thrilled to announce that, as a result of the data BPI collected during that survey, EVG’s leadership team received notification in August of our “Most Loved Workplace” designation.

Brian Kolb, EVG’s Chief Executive Officer, was thrilled by the recognition:

Being recognized by BPI as a “Most Loved Workplace” is an honor, and it certainly speaks to our company culture and the team we’ve built. At EVG, we believe that high employee performance and engagement best intersect when motivated people are surrounded by like-minded colleagues, know they’re being set up to succeed, and strive to pursue a common, client-focused mission.

The BPI subscriber base includes over 42,000 managers, coaches, directors, VPs, SVPs, and C-levels of Fortune 500/Global 1000 organizations worldwide.

Each year, BPI surveys employees at over 175 companies and more than 3,000 executives across the United States, the Middle East/Northern Africa, and Southeast Asia. Only the highest ranking companies receive “Most Loved Workplaces” certification, which is the most valid method to determine employee experience and workplace sentiment.

In turn, Newsweek annually pays tribute to the top 100 companies that have received distinction as a “Most Loved Workplace” because they have placed respecting, caring, and appreciating their employees at the forefront of their business models. These 100 companies were found to have the highest ratings by their employees.

Newsweek LogoBPI has noted many common trends across its “Most Loved Workplaces” recipients. For example, their research reveals that, as employee sentiment increases, productivity does as well. Moreover, 94% of employee respondents indicate they do three to four times more work for a company they love, and 95% of those same respondents report they will stay at a company they love three to four times longer than one they do not love.
