In 2014, EnVeritas Group helped Fairmont create content for the Swissôtel Facebook page and corporate website to tell stories about the client’s partnership with SOS Children’s Villages.

"We were positively impressed by the way Enveritas Group embraced our brand, our tonality, and translated into engaging texts the history of our relationship with the charity – while following very precisely our initial instructions. This work was realized in less than 40 days and with a limited number of revisions, in cooperation with 2 different teams based in Canada and Switzerland.

Overall, the social media campaign generated a visibility of 5.8 million impressions, in spite of a limited initial community (40k fans) and advertising spent. It enabled us to drive important traffic towards our website – and we attribute the success of this campaign to the quality of the copywriting and imagery selected by Enveritas Group."

EVG was asked to create 10 Facebook posts and 10 400-word articles to celebrate the 15-year partnership between Swissôtel and SOS Children’s Villages as part of a communication campaign paired with fund raising for the charity. The project’s calendar began in July 2014 with approval for the campaign and a launch date of October to begin publishing the content. Their need for compelling content on a very tight timeframe made EVG the ideal partner.


EVG worked with the Swissôtel team to determine 10 viable topics for the Facebook posts and website articles based on research and resources offered to EVG. EVG quickly assembled a team of writers and editors to deliver original content that met client expectations. As part of the project, EVG provided:

  • A content style guide to govern the Facebook and website articles.
  • Additional research on each topic to augment the longer stories and to provide as much detail as possible.
  • Persuasive stories with effective calls-to-action for likes, shares and comments to promote the campaign’s goals.
  • A unique hashtag to use for all posts.
