EVG Adds Lyon College to Higher Education Client Roster

Greenville, SC – EnVeritas Group announced this week that Lyon College, one of the premier liberal arts colleges in the southern United States, has selected the content marketing agency to conduct an audit of its website and a thorough analytics review. Based on their findings, the EVG team will carefully craft a content marketing strategy that will provide detailed direction to enable the school to achieve its goals and objectives through its digital channels.Arkansas Colleges Lyon College

Lyon is the third school to join EVG’s growing clientele in higher education. Other current clients include Furman University and Wingate University. Also in the area of education, EVG is working on a large project to redesign the website and create optimized content for the Faison School in Richmond, Virginia.

“EVG works closely with an experienced advisory board to understand higher education: The challenges, strengths and urgent needs of public and private universities,” noted Sara Fraser, VP Content Strategy. “As we move into this market, we bring our experience in global communications and digital marketing, as well as a deep understanding of academia. We’re strong proponents of authentic storytelling; if you work from the heart of a university’s identity, and share it with an engaged audience, you can achieve your goals.”

About Lyon College

Lyon College, located in Batesville, Arkansas, was founded in 1872 as Arkansas College. After World War I, the college purchased land in what is known as the East End Heights section of town. The school later relocated to its current campus in 1954 and officially became Lyon College in 1994.

In 2001, U.S. News and World Report recognized Lyon College as one of America’s “Best Liberal Arts Colleges.” Through the years, the school has continued to progress and now offers students from all over the opportunity to receive a first class education.
