EnVeritas Group Adds Cheap Caribbean to Client Roster And Signs New Contract with American Express Publishing

Greenville, SC (August 8, 2011) – Cheap Caribbean, the largest U.S. dedicated online provider of beach vacations to the Caribbean and Mexico, named EnVeritas Group as its content marketing firm. The Doylestown, Pennsylvania company is revamping its popular website and EnVeritas Group will work with Cheap Caribbean to provide the content strategy and all the content for the new site.  “EnVeritas Group excels at working with big organization that have complex content needs,” commented Brice Bay, CEO of EnVeritas Group. “Major companies and brands are starting to understand that content should drive their website development and user experience and there is no doubt that high-quality, relevant content powerscheapcaribbean.com the search experience and ultimately the success of a company’s website.”

Over the next year, EnVeritas Group will work with the travel experts at Cheap Caribbean to provide unique, customized content about the many destinations found on the site.  EVG will be hiring a staff of approximately 25 people to work on this project.  In order to deliver their content services in the most efficient and cost effective manner, EnVeritas Group has developed Content Lifecycle Management™ technology. The proprietary technology can track and follow the entire lifecycle of the content from the inception of the project and import of client data to content creation and management of writers to the final deliverables and archive of the content for updates.

One client that is taking advantage of EnVeritas Group’s new technology is American Express Publishing. The publisher’s Food & Wine and Travel + Leisure brands have significant digital assets with a database of over 22,000 venues, such as restaurants, retail shops, spas, and more. The company was looking for a partner that could help update and monetize the assets and they turned to EnVeritas Group to fact check and verify the enormous database.

The EnVeritas Group team imported American Express’ database into the Content Lifecycle Management system, which enabled real-time data exchange between the two companies. In less than one year, EnVeritas Group verified and fact checked over 22,000 venues and the solution was more efficient and cost effective than the publisher trying to hire a team to do the project in house. American Express recently signed a new contract to write custom content for the venues.

“There is a major awakening going on now in the industry as brands are really starting to grasp the enormous task of feeding their hungry content machines whether online, mobile, tablets and constantly emerging platforms. We feel we are uniquely positioned to be a leader in the industry as we are at the forefront of the revolution with a decade of experience already behind us,” said Brice Bay.
